We managed the recruitment process and identified suitable host organizations for the Youth Employment Service (YES) projects, matching youth participants with appropriate placements to maximize their skills and career development. Our project responsibilities included the comprehensive administration and payroll management of the YES program, ensuring accurate and timely stipend payments, monitoring timesheets, and overseeing related tax obligations, such as VAT and PAYE. We also maintained regular reporting to track participant progress and provide transparency and accountability in meeting all project deliverables. This approach supported both youth employment goals, the sponsoring business B-BBEE imperatives and the seamless execution of the YES initiative.
