We collected paper CVs from job seekers across Limpopo and digitized them onto Lulaway's online portal. Each job seeker was provided with a unique online profile and CV, enabling easier access to employment opportunities and improving their visibility to potential employers. This streamlined process helped to connect candidates with job openings more efficiently and effectively.
