Private sector youtth placements, stipend & project management
I am from Mpumalanga in a small rural settlement named, Vaalpoort Farm, currently living in Springs. The internship went well and i got skills, I appreciated the fact that I got an opportunity to engage and make connections with few individuals and that it also boosted my financial well-being at the time.
We recruited 320 unemployed youth for Cell C's YES internship program, successfully placing them at external host companies. Our project also included managing the YES stipend payroll and providing detailed reporting on all project deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
