Our Story

Lularides was established to address youth unemployment by equipping young people with the skills needed for the growing digital delivery industry. By offering comprehensive training and access to work opportunities, Lularides helps youth achieve financial independence and create their own micro-enterprises.

Our Mission

Lularides empowers South African youth by providing training, mentorship, and placement opportunities in the delivery sector. Our goal is to help them secure sustainable employment, become financially independent, and contribute to their communities.

Through this partnership with Lulaway we have seen over 1600 young people within a space of the year being placed in jobs!
