Last-Mile Delivery Placement & Training
My internship with Lularides has been a transformative experience. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive environment that fostered learning and growth. The hands-on training allowed me to gain practical skills that I could immediately apply, and the mentorship provided was invaluable. Lularides not only helped me build confidence in my abilities but also opened doors to exciting career opportunities. I am incredibly grateful for this experience and for Lularides’ commitment to empowering interns like me. This internship has been a crucial step in my journey, and I’m excited for the future ahead.
We recruited 100 unemployed youth and assisted them in obtaining their learner’s licenses. Following this, we provided practical scooter riding training to the beneficiaries, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary skills. Once trained, we successfully linked the riders with Uber Eats for delivery driver roles. Our project also included comprehensive management of stipend payroll, covering timesheets, VAT, and PAYE, as well as providing detailed reports on all project deliverables with verified documentation to ensure full accountability.
