Our project trained 12,000 unemployed youth through ABSA’s Ready to Work program, equipping them with essential skills for the workplace, from technical to soft skills, to improve employability. Out of those trained, 6,000 youth were successfully placed in private sector roles, contributing to their career development and financial independence. We implemented detailed reporting throughout the project, supported by a live reporting dashboard, which allowed stakeholders to track real-time data on all beneficiaries. This dashboard provided insights on training progress, placement rates, and individual milestones, ensuring accountability and visibility of outcomes across the project.
