Equipping Youth with Market-Ready Skills
Lulaway’s Training Programmes provide unemployed youth with skills tailored to the job market, ensuring they are well-prepared for long-term employment. The training includes both accredited and non-accredited programs, depending on project requirements, with a focus on industries such as administration, security, new venture creation, and specialized sectors like scooter driver training.
Developed in collaboration with accredited bodies like Services SETA, Lulaway’s work-readiness programmes equip participants with essential skills such as time management, communication, and professional behavior. These 10-day intensive modules use outcomes-based learning, encouraging responsibility through interactive simulations, role-plays, and assessments.
The initiative covers the entire process, from recruitment and training to post-placement support, ensuring participants are retained long enough to gain experience and contribute to their employers. This holistic approach ensures the success of participants and the fulfillment of employer needs.
Lulaway’s robust reporting systems provide funders and partners with transparent, real-time tracking of training interventions. This enables stakeholders to monitor success rates, progress, and the overall impact of the training programs.
Lulaway’s training programmes include robust reporting capabilities, enabling real-time tracking of participant progress through an integrated online dashboard. The system provides funders and stakeholders with data on attendance, completion rates, and performance metrics. Additionally, each learner’s Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) and certifications are made available digitally, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. This meticulous approach guarantees that all training interventions meet their objectives with measurable outcomes.
