Lulaway partners with Siyafunda Community Technology Centre

Lulaway is proud to announce our recent partnerships with the Siyafunda Community Technology Centres. Several Lulaway Job Centres will be established in conjunction with Siyafunda, and we envision a long, successful partnership with these great organisations.

Lulaway is proud to announce its recent partnership with Siyafunda Community Technology Centre. Siyafunda Community Technology Centre is committed to the critical development of scarce ICT skills which are desperately needed in both the public & private sector. As the first ICT NGO to bring SAP ERP training in townships and rural South Africa, the foundation offers opportunities that were not previously accessible to black communities due to price, knowledge and distance. Bright youngsters from previously disadvantaged communities do not have to pay any money but are sponsored and supported by companies.

Lulaway offers Siyafunda Community Technology Centre a sophisticated & streamlined system to store trainees profiles and allow access to employers in a central manner. Each Siyafunda Community Technology Centre training site will be equipped with a Lulaway job centre. The result of establishing Lulaway Job Centres will allow for an easy and attractive method for employers to offer job opportunities to these talented youth.

In addition, Lulaway has recently partnered with the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality of the Gauteng East Rand. This new youth work placement initiative will incentivise corporates through the joint vision of Lulaway and Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. We take this opportunity to thank all our partners for their support of the crucial work undertaken by Lulaway in addressing the unemployment crisis in South Africa.
