How Lulaway works
Lulaway Job Centres bring together employers and job seekers in the secure, convenient environment of the Lulaway Job portal

Employer registers on the site and chooses an appropriate package. There are then two lines of action that can be taken: |
Lulaway Job Centre personnel upload the job seeker’s details on to the portal along with supporting documents (ID/ residence permits and certificates - matric diploma |

1. CV Search Employer searches the database for appropriate CVs. He can then view selected CVs, phone the applicant or send a SMS message via the Lulaway Job Portal. |
Lulaway Job Centre personnel generate a professional colour CV. The job seeker is given a copy of his CV. |

2. Post Jobs Employer posts Job Specifications on the Lulaway Job portal. Lulaway sends a SMS to job seekers whose CVs match the specifications, inviting him/her to come in to the Centre to formally apply for the job. |
Job seeker is informed (via sms) about appropriate jobs which have been posted by employers that match his/her skills, experience, geographic location etc and invited to come in to the Centre and apply for the job. Job seeker comes into Lulaway with his username and Lulaway staff assist him in applying for the job via his profile on the portal. If required by the employer, the job seeker completes the additional screening questionnaire. Job seeker is contacted by the employer to take the process forward. |
